The third meeting of the ECR Sell More, Lose Less working group of 2019 will be hosted by Diageo in London, at their Customer Collaboration Centre. Included in the agenda will be a deep dive on how to sell more, and lose less on the spirits category that will include store visits. There will be talks delivered on the recording of incidents by Coles Australia, and a talk on the first 100 days in Loss Prevention from the new Head of Loss Prevention for Asda. Professor Adrian Beck will deliver new research findings on Total Retail Loss, with M&S, and others sharing new thinking on the management of the returns problem in retail. Finally, there will be updates on the latest research projects including DC Pick Accuracy, SCO Design Challenge, Use of Video in Retail and the final report on Inventory Record Accuracy to be reviewed. On the Wednesday evening, there will be an informal networking event, where better to have this than the home of Diageo?
