HALO provides retailers and brands with tools for achieving inventory accuracy, customer loyalty, and financial performance. The three inventory management subscriptions allow you to start the implementation of RFID technology with the foundation and then, when inventory accuracy is achieved, add advanced functionality like, for example, omni-channel order fulfillment. 

We recommend starting with the Basic or Standard inventory management packages and then proceeding to the Advanced package. Additionally, you can simplify your visual merchandising with the Display Compliance package that can complement any of the inventory management packages or be subscribed to as a standalone solution.

HALO’s Basic subscription package allows you to realize the main benefit of RFID – inventory accuracy.

With an RFID handheld and a mobile phone or a smart
device, you can complete a cycle count in a store within
30-45 minutes on average. And if some merchandise sells
faster, you can count just one category. Compared to
a manual count that takes many hours, an RFID cycle
count can be repeated several times a week.

With HALO, you don’t needto wait till all items are source tagged. You can tag the items in the store: scan or enter the SKU information, encode, and attach to the garment.

One of HALO’s popular functions among store associates is the item locator. This feature drastically reduces time spent looking for items.

With the Basic subscription, you can synchronize inventory data with the ERP system, so all decisions are based on inventory accuracy of 98% or higher.

HALO’s Standard subscription package includes all functionality of the Basic and essential features that improve shelf availability

Based on real-time results of RFID processes, HALO provides a list of items that need to be replenished.

HALO simplifies and speeds up receiving inventory. The store associates scan the boxes with the RFID handheld and HALO counts the items, can compare it to the Advanced Shipping Notice and adds them to the store inventory.

HALO’s task management ensures that your investment in RFID is supported by the everyday actions of store associates. HALO prompts store staff via their smartphones to count the inventory, replenish the shelves, pack omni-channel orders, and perform other actions.

The Standard package supports returns, retirement, and in-store stock movement to ensure inventory accuracy between the cycle counts.

HALO’s Advanced subscription package contains all functionality of the Standard package and adds several high-value functionalities.

HALO makes omni-channel order fulfillment easy.

With HALO, you can expose all inventory to the online shopper, without keeping a high safety stock or having a high order rejection rate. BOPIS or ship-from-store orders are distributed to stores based on accurate inventory data.


The HALO mobile app notifies the store staff of incoming orders, shows the order information and the due time.
HALO guides the store associate through the picking and packing, so that the order is ready for the customer on time.

With the Advanced package, HALO synchronizes data with the point of sale, so when items are sold, they are automatically removed from the inventory, and the sale triggers replenishment.

Inventory Quarantine (IQ) uses unique software to identify returned items in fulfilment centres, stores, as well as merchandise from fitting rooms,  initiating a virtual ‘quarantine clock’.

Once activated, the items remain in the retailers designated ‘safe area’ until the assigned quarantine period is over, then a push notification is sent to employees informing that the item(s) are safe for re-sale.
